The journey to success is intentional. Leaders, from day one, engage in learning. Each skill we achieve and each system we build to support our work, our team, and our success is valuable. After forty years in the direct sales industry the technical tools continually improve, yet the heart and core of leadership remains the same…leading yourself and sharing the skills and vision for how to succeed with others. Just as I am learning new ways to lead with technology, so must we all continue to learn, be teachable, for that alone is one of the secrets actualizing achievement!
