There really isn’t anything “magical” about success. The steps to the top can be taken by anyone willing to go from GOOD to GREAT in their thinking and actions.
Excellence is never an accident; it is the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction, skillful execution and the vision to see obstacles as opportunities.

Some of you may have heard the name of a man who transformed strength and endurance training in the fitness industry, Jack LaLanne. His story was not always a successful one.
As a young high school student he was a “97 pound weakling”. He wore thick glasses, arch supports in his shoes and a shoulder brace. He had such a poor self-image and was so concerned about his appearance that he dropped out of school.
Then one day he attended a health lecture and was inspired by what he heard. This convinced him that there was something he could do about his poor physical condition and wanting his future to be better than his past he began exercising for hours every day and also dramatically changed his eating pattern.
As a result of this decision to do the ‘and then some’ he slowly changed his appearance, his self-image and his future. With this success he eventually opened one of the first health studios in America and decades later he was still successfully promoting exercise studios around the world. He built a global reputation while becoming a financial success. During his life he could out-perform men 50 years younger than him astonishing everyone with his feats of strength and endurance. Jack’s change of his life-direction was based on making a difference in the daily actions he took, in his beliefs and in his decision to ‘CHOOSE GREATNESS’.
The major principle of decision making is: DECIDE RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE WITH WHATEVER YOU’VE GOT, TO MAKE THE CHANGES NECESSARY IN YOUR LIFE TO GO FROM GOOD TO GREAT.
A major change in direction might not be easy but what a great example we can see in Jack LaLanne’s story. Change can happen but the truth is, the choice is yours. “What will your ‘turn around’ Be?”
